The gap between the inner door and the wall is approximately 5/8 inch, while the gap between the two door panels is around 2 inches, based on a door thickness of 1-9/16 inches. The outer door extends about 6 inches from the wall.

The track is made of 1/4-inch thick solid steel, with pre-drilled holes spaced 16 inches apart for easy installation on concrete or wooden walls. The low-ceiling brackets consist of two parts, providing a stable and load-bearing design with 8.8-grade screws.

Included in the kit are 1-3/8-inch spacers for doors less than 1-3/4 inches thick, as well as door stoppers with a rubber plug for a good damping effect and reduced noise. The floor guide helps prevent the door from swinging back and forth or against the baseboard, ensuring smooth and consistent sliding.

The barn door hanger rollers feature high-quality bearings made of Gcr15 bearing steel, with a dust cover to prevent dust and lubricating oil leakage. Each hanger has two lifetime-lubricated bearings, ensuring a balance and stability that has been tested beyond 160,000 cycles.

The roller surface is covered with nylon for wear resistance and quiet sliding. The dowel pin on the front part is slightly larger to prevent it from falling out of the hole. All parts are made from 1/4-inch thick Q235 carbon steel with 8.8-grade roller bolts, ensuring the doors are held comfortably.

The kit includes detailed, step-by-step instructions with fractional measurements in inches, making the installation process straightforward. You can even cut the track to the desired length.
