Our Barn Door Hardware Kits offer a complete and turnkey solution. The package includes a 2x 6ft Rail, 9x Rail Spacer, 4x Roller, 4x Door Stops, 4x End Caps, 2x Floor Guide, and 1x Rail Connector, along with all other necessary hardware. (Door not included.) This hardware kit can support door panels with a weight capacity of 150lb-220lb and a width of 36 inches, with a thickness of 1 3/8" and 1 3/4".

To ensure the stability and safety of the door, our kits come with the following features: - 2 Door Stoppers: These slide along the rail and tighten down at any point to stop your door exactly where you want, with cushioned rubber caps for a quiet close. - 1 Floor Guide: A T-shaped floor guide (with anchors) is provided to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard. - 2 Anti-jumpers: These little round discs go on top of the door and prevent it from being lifted off the rail unless they're turned.

If the studs don't align with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, or if there is a doorway trim and the combined "door depth" plus "trim depth" is greater than 2 inches, you will need a headboard. Additionally, you will require a minimum of 5 inches from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding, if any) for this kit to fit correctly.
