Regarding customization, SmartStandard does not provide customized size service and does not recommend cutting the door to maintain its normal use. The sizes mentioned are the ones currently available. For optimal fit, it is recommended to choose a door that is 1-2 inches wider than the doorway, especially if the doorway has trim.

As for the header board, it is not included in the package. If the studs do not align with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, a header board is necessary. If there's no trim or baseboard on the wall, a header board is not required. Otherwise, it should be installed.
