Q: My door is 35 mm thick, how can I fit it with the existing bolt? A: You can use the 5 mm black shim we include in the package for the roller bolt, and your door will fit perfectly.

Q: Can I cut the rail to fit my space? A: Yes, the rail can be cut to any length, but make sure you cut the right length you need.

Q: If my barn door is 40 inches wide, will this rail suit me? A: Yes, the rail length should be twice the width of the door.
