2 * Door Stoppers: These slide along the rail and can be tightened at any point to stop the door precisely where desired, with rubber caps for a quiet close. 1 * Floor Guide: A T-shaped floor guide (with anchors) is provided to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard. 2 * Anti-jumpers: These round discs go on top of the door and prevent it from being lifted off the rail unless they're turned.

The installation of the hardware kit is designed with ease in mind. If the studs do not align with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, or if there is a doorway trim and the "door depth" plus "trim depth" is greater than 2", a headboard is required. Additionally, a minimum of 6 inches from the top of the door to the ceiling (or crown molding) is needed for the kit to fit correctly.

The hardware kit is versatile, accommodating door thicknesses ranging from 1 3/8" to 1 3/4". For thicker doors, the bolts included can be countersunk into the back of the door, or longer bolts can be obtained from a local hardware store. The spacing between the door and wall (or baseboard/doorway trim) can be adjusted by bolting a header board to the studs and then attaching the rail to this header board.
