The kit is designed to accommodate door panel thicknesses ranging from 4/5" to 1-1/8", and can hold cabinet door weights up to 100 lbs. The gap between the door and cabinet is 3/8" based on a 1" thick door.

To help customers choose the right fit, WINSOON recommends that the track length should be at least twice the width of the door, but the track can also be cut to the desired length. The kit includes various safety-ensuring measures, such as upgraded nylon wheels with lifetime-lubricated bearings for smooth and quiet operation, door stoppers to prevent the door from rolling off the rail, and anti-jump pads to keep the door from being lifted off the rail.

Two types of floor guides are included in the kit – one for grooved doors and one for ungrooved doors – to prevent the door from swinging and allow for free opening and closing.

If customers need to install additional doors, they can simply purchase an extra set of hangers that match the ones in the barn door hardware set. WINSOON also offers customization options for those who require different track lengths or need to accommodate doors of varying thicknesses.
