To ensure the stability and safety of the door, our kits come with the following features: - 2 Door Stoppers: These cushioned stoppers slide along the rail and can be tightened at any point to stop the door precisely where you want it. - 1 Floor Guide: A T-shaped floor guide (with anchors) is provided to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard. - 2 Anti-jumpers: These round discs go on top of the door and prevent it from being lifted off the rail unless they are turned.

When do you need a headboard? If the studs don't align with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, or if there is a doorway trim and the combined "door depth" and "trim depth" is greater than 2 inches.

You'll need a minimum of 8 inches from the top of the door to the ceiling (or crown molding) for this kit to fit correctly.

Our hardware kits can accommodate a wide range of door thicknesses, from 1 3/8 inches to 1 3/4 inches. If your door is thicker, you can easily navigate this by countersinking the bolt head into the back of the door or by picking up longer bolts from your local hardware store.
