To ensure the stability and safety of the door, our Barn Door Hardware Kit includes: 4 Door Stoppers: These cushioned rubber-capped stoppers slide along the rail and tighten down at any point to stop your door exactly where you want. 2 Floor Guides: T-shaped floor guides (with anchors) are supplied to prevent the door from swinging out or up against the baseboard. 4 Anti-Jumpers: These little round discs go on top of the door and won't allow the door to be lifted off the rail unless they're turned.

You may need a headboard if the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail, or if the "door depth" plus "trim depth" is greater than 2 inches. Additionally, you'll need a minimum of 5 inches from the top of your door to the ceiling (or crown molding) for this kit to fit correctly. The kit can accommodate door thicknesses from 1 3/8 inches to 1 3/4 inches, with the ability to use longer bolts from a local hardware store if needed.
